Between April 29, 2024 and August 31, 2024 purchase as many participating, Maple Leaf^® Natural Top Dogs^™; Natural Hot Dogs; Natural Smoked Sausage; Rotisserie Chicken Legs; Canadian Maple & Apple Pork Tenderloin; or Pulled Pork products (375g – 900g) from a participating Canadian retailer to be eligible for 1 of the 3 Total Spend Reward levels. See Full Terms for list of Participating Products. One can make as many purchases as required and purchases do not need to be from the same Canadian retailer nor does one need to purchase all in one transaction. Reward levels: First: Total Spend of $15.00 CDN to receive a $5.00 CDN Reward. Second: Total Spend of $25.00 CDN to receive a $10.00 CDN Reward. Third: Total Spend of $50.00 CDN to receive a $25.00 CDN Reward. Total Spend is calculated as the cost of each Participating Product, minus any manufacturing coupons or discounts and before any applicable taxes. Reward consists of either: (i) a grocery gift card or (ii) a Maple Leaf^® manufacturer coupon. Rewards can only be “Cashed Out” once for each participant and are awarded at the Reward level achieved by a participant, not to exceed the Third Reward level. Limit one Reward per household regardless of the Reward level reached. To participate, visit www.MapleLeaf.ca/Promotions, upload the photograph of your Sales Receipt or a PDF of your online order pick-up or delivery confirmation e-mail before 11:59:59 P.M. EDT on September 8, 2024. Completion of a one-time registration form is required. Allow 48 hours for receipt verification. An e-mail will be sent after receipt verification with a status of your validation amount. Participants can claim a Reward up to September 16, 2024 by 11:59:59 P.M. EDT, by selecting “My Rewards” and “Cash Out”. Subject to your “Cash Out” date, Rewards will be sent by standard mail service within an 8 week period. A participant and household is only eligible to receive one (1) Reward no matter the eligible Reward level reached/achieved for this Offer and their Reward can only be “Cashed Out” once.
