Purchases of any participating product (see question above) must be made between April 29, 2024 and August 31, 2024 at participating Canadian retailers.

Participants with a qualifying receipt(s) will have until 11:59:59 P.M. EDT on September 8, 2024 to upload a receipt.

A grocery gift card or manufacturer coupon valued between $5.00 and $25.00 CDN, depending on cumulative dollars spent on purchases of Participating Products. See chart below. The grocery gift card you receive will be based on the Canadian retailer you selected in the Offer Registration form.

Limit one (1) Reward per household regardless of the Reward level reached.

Rewards will be sent by mail within an eight (8) week period from the date a participant Cashes Out for their Reward or if a participant did not Cash Out prior to September 16, 2024 and is eligible for a Reward, the participant will be automatically Cashed Out by the Sponsor and their Reward will be sent by mail on or about October 21, 2024.

A Cash Out is a formal request to receive your qualified Reward via gift card. This request can be made anytime between April 29, 2024 and September 16, 2024. You can do so on the My Rewards page, click on the Cash Out button and follow the prompts. A participant can only cash out once in the program, so make sure you are all done with your purchases and have uploaded all of your receipts, before cashing out!

Once an uploaded receipt is reviewed, upon validation, an e-mail will be sent with confirmation of the receipt spend. A link to the My Rewards page will be provided. This link can be accessed from the e-mail or the My Rewards tab on the webpage. On the My Rewards page, you can view your current spend on Qualifying products and earned Reward level.

The reason you received an “invalid” e-mail is because there was something missing, incorrect, the photo was not readable for our processing team to review OR if your purchase was made online it was not a PDF file of your entire pick up or delivery confirmation e-mail.

You can e-mail help@TopDogs.ca for support. You can also re-submit your receipt under your same account. There is no need to use a different e-mail account.

For effective processing, please ensure the below is captured in your photo or PDF submission:

For in-store purchases:
A photograph of your entire original Sales Receipt clearly showing the entire Sales Receipt (all four corners) and without any folds, shadows, or obstructions. If the Sales Receipt cannot fit within a single photo or is double-sided, multiple photos can be uploaded as part of a single Qualifying Purchase Submission.

The photo of your Canadian retailer Sales Receipt must clearly identify the retailer's name and address; the date and time of the purchase; identify each Participating Product purchased; including a product description and unit price for each Participating Product purchased; transaction sub-total; total dollar amount of the entire Sales Receipt purchase; identify any coupons or discounts received; any applicable taxes; and method of payment. Sales Receipts that identify the word “duplicate” on the Qualifying Purchase Submission will be deemed invalid.

For online purchases:
After your order has been picked up or delivered, proceed to your e-mail account and find your retailer's e-mail confirmation referred as an order pick-up confirmation or delivery confirmation record and save this e-mail as a PDF file. There is a chance that your pick up or delivery confirmation consists of multiple pages – all pages must be included within your saved PDF file which will form part of your Qualifying Purchase submission.

Your pick-up or delivery confirmation must clearly identify the following: your personal name and it must be consistent with the name submitted on the Offer Registration Form; your delivery and contact address which must be consistent with the address submitted on the Offer Registration Form; Retailer name; order or transaction number; Retailer pick-up location; your purchase date and time; the order delivery or pick up date and time; identify all products purchased including all Participating Products purchased including the product descriptions and unit price; transaction sub-total; the total dollar amount of your entire purchase; identify any coupons or discounts received; any applicable taxes and method of payment.
